Glass Candy accepts the following payment methods:

Delivery & Packaging

Each purchase includes a Gift Box.
Gift boxes are wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in padded bags to their destinations.

Is your purchase a Gift? Glass Candy is happy to ship directly to the recipient and can include a gift card and wrapping at no extra charge.

Australia Post offer the following delivery methods:
~Standard Registered Post (AUS)
~Express Post (AUS)
~Standard Air Mail (INT)
~Express International
~Express International Courier

Glass Candy does not profit from shipping charges, only the cost of shipping is charged to customers.

Returns & Exchanges

Glass Candy can only accept Returns or Exchanges 21 days after purchase.

Should your piece arrived damaged, please contact Glass Candy AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to discuss options. Digital photos may be required to accurately judge the damage and determine if Australia Post is at fault.

Refunds are not available should you change your mind, please contact Glass Candy to discuss an Exchange/Credit.

Please note that Glass Candy cannot refund shipping costs.
